• Sherin is a Chartered Accountant and is heading the International taxation, transaction structuring and deal advisory services for Ventura. He is also pursuing Actuarial science and CFA. He currently caters to clients in mutual funds, P2P lending, healthcare, real estate and niche technologies as functional as well as tax consultant. Pranoy James

• Pranoy acts as the senior consultant for the corporate and transactional advisory division of the firm. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he started his career in the G L team of Sasken Communication Technologies Limited, Bangalore. In Sasken, he was given the roles and responsibilities related to the Financial Reporting of the Company. After his brief stint at Sasken, he went on to start his practice as a partner in K.K Jose & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Cochin. Rijin John

• Rijin acts as the division head for startup advisory services and also leads the innovation and strategy team at Ventura Capitals. With 3 patents and 3 limca book of world records to his credit, Rijin has a wide range of operating spectrum ranging from Telecom, Sports Consulting, Education Consulting and Art. Rijin focuses on getting the out of the box solutions to every problem. Rijin, a telecom engineer by profession, has 8 years of work experience with companies like Sasken, Alcatel Lucent and also as a research partner at Bell Laboratories. • Neenu heads the operations team at Ventura Capitals. She brings with her more than 5 years of professional experience and has been a team member for corporate finance team of Muthoot Finance. Her earlier stints have equipped her with specialised skills in multiple domains related to financial advisory engagements. • Deepa is the consultant for tax advisory services division of Ventura Capitals. She is a practicing Chartered Accountant enrolled with ICAI in the year 2013. She brings with her more than 6 years of professional experience in the field of Taxation, Audit and Assurance. She was working with K K Jose & Associates, Chartered Accountants and recently joined as a partner there. She is very well versed with the Tax regimes and Accounting/Auditing standards.
